Forgiveness

Norvin Richards
All your life you’re told forgiveness is for you. But we’re never told why it’s for you. It means you’re working on owning your life.
Shani Tran
Therapist and Founder, The Shani Project
Forgiveness is nothing less than the way we heal the world. We heal the world by healing each and every one of our hearts. The process is simple, but it is not easy.

When we are done wrong, how should we react? If the answer is that we should take offense and hold the behavior against the wrong-doer, should that remain our attitude as time goes by? Or should we put what happened behind us and forgive? What would be a reason to forgive, and how strong can such reasons be? Can it be wrong not to forgive?
