Faith Leaders

Forgiveness is an age-old practice and is central to the teaching of many of the world's religions. In Islam, forgiveness suggests alignment with Allah. In Judaism, acts of atonement are expected for wrongdoing. In Christianity, forgiveness is unconditional. Empirical studies have demonstrated how religious belief can enhance a person's ability to forgive and make the benefits more attainable. In forgiveness, the spiritual and the scientific meet and enhance each other.

The REACH Forgiveness Workbook

Tool
Non-Region Specific

REACH Forgiveness is a method designed by Dr. Everett Worthington to help people who wish to forgive do so more thoroughly and faster than they might without working through the method. It is a scientifically-validated tool available in five languages. Most recently, it was the subject of a global randomized controlled trial — the largest-ever forgiveness study of its kind.

Forgiveness is nothing less than the way we heal the world. We heal the world by healing each and every one of our hearts. The process is simple, but it is not easy.
